Vehicles in Germany's City Discovered Smeared with Swastikas in Blood, Police State

Approximately 50 automobiles have been smeared with what appears to be human blood in the Germany's city of Hanau close to Frankfurt, as reported by authorities.

Vehicles, building surfaces and mailboxes were defaced, sometimes with prohibited symbols, they stated in a official communication.

Officers state they were contacted late on Wednesday, when a man discovered that a vehicle in the Lamboy area of Hanau had been smeared with a reddish-hued substance.

The fluid had been drawn in the shape of a Nazi symbol, they stated.

Law enforcement then found numerous other marked vehicles and building exteriors in the nearby vicinity.

These symbols are illegal in Germany under laws banning the visible presentation of symbols from the Nazi era.

Police report early analysis indicate the liquid was most likely human blood.

"There is still no lead as to its source; investigators are presently not informed of any physical harm in association with the event," they added.

Municipal representatives said they were working "to solve the mystery" and have asked to the community for information.

An important official said the incident made him speechless and required to be addressed rapidly.

"This event strikes at the very heart of Hanau and reawakens the pain of the far-right violent incident half a decade ago," he stated on online, recalling the killing of nine people by a shooter targeting individuals of foreign heritage in February 2020.
